| 摘 要： | 如何在网络环境下深入开展面向大学生信息素质教育的参考咨询服务，是当前高校图书馆面临的重要研究课题。本文对大学生利用参考咨询服务的现状进行了调查与分析讨论。在此基础上，文章指出：深入开展面向大学生信息素质教育的参考咨询工作，必须从人力资源、制度建设、技术应用三方面入手。

Reference Service for the Undergraduate’s Information Quality Education |

| Abstract: | It is an important research topic for the university libraries to develop in-depth reference service for the undergraduate’s information quality education under the network environment. This paper made a statistic analyses of the use of the reference service in university libraries. On this basis, the article pointed out: In order to develop in-depth reference service for the undergraduate’s information quality education, we must proceed from human resources, system construction and technology applications. |
