| 摘 要： | 网络信息资源已成为图书馆信息资源建设的重要组成部分。围绕网络信息资源的搜集、订购和评价，国外学者和机构进行了大量的研究和实践。本文主要从因特网资源的搜集、数据库订购、因特网资源评价和数据库评价等方面概括国外的研究现状。

Research Progress of Information Resources Construction in Some Foreign Countries |

| Abstract: | Networked resources have become an important part of library collection development. About the collection, ordering and evaluation of network information resources, foreign scholars and institutions have conducted a lot of research and practice. This paper summarizes the current research progress, including collection of Internet resources, databases ordering, the Internet resource evaluation and databases assessment. |
