| 摘 要： | 以瑞典、关国、日本等国家相关的信息公开制度为研究对象,论述政府信息公开制度建立的必要性,尤其以美国的《信息自由法》和瑞典的《出版自由法》及《表达自由法》为基础,分析信息公开制度的基本内容,并对我国政府信息公开制度的建立提出建议。

| Abstract: | An information society requires the government to provide the most of its controlled information to the public. Most of developed countries in the world have established the system of information publicity, but the system of information publicity has still been an overhang question of our government for a long time. By analyzing the government information publicity systems of Sweden, American, and Japan etc. , some suggestions are put forward for the construction of government information publicity in our country. |
