| Abstract: | This article divides oversea influential models of networked information service into three models. It goes further to make a comparative study of the three models and holds that the OCLC model can be taken as an example. Considering the current situation in China, a user - driven mode should be set up in which its core is contents construction. Then, it discusses the pattern from its frame, development steps, important factors, etc. |
