图书馆员职业承诺影响因素的实证研究

摘    要:通过对重庆三所图书馆的457名馆员进行问卷调查,研究图书馆员自我效能感、职业倦怠与职业承诺的关系。结果显示:图书馆员的情感承诺、继续承诺和规范承诺三维度之间呈显著正相关;图书馆员的职业倦怠越严重,职业承诺水平越低;研究馆员和助理馆员的职业承诺水平显著高于馆员和副研究馆员;女性馆员的职业承诺水平显著高于男性馆员;图书馆员的职业倦怠、自我效能感、性别和职称因素是员工职业承诺水平的有效预测变量。

Abstract:This paper made a questionnaire investigation on 457 librarians to explore the causal relationship among self-efficacy, occupational burnout and occupational commitment. The main results are listed as follows: there exists significant correlation among affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment, the three dimensions of occupational commitment. The higher level of occupational burnout meant the higher level of occupational commitment among librarians. The occupational commitment of female librarians and those with primary or senior title is significantly higher than that of male librarians and those with middle or vice-senior title. In conclusion, occupational burnout, self-efficacy, gender and professional title are all effective predictors of occupational commitment of librarians.
