图书馆灰色文献收集人员胜任力模型研究

摘    要:灰色文献收集具有十分重要的意义,其人员的选择和聘任是灰色文献收集的关键所在。基于McClelland的胜任力冰山模型以及其他学者的相关研究成果,从专业技能与知识储备、职业素养和个人潜能三个维度构建图书馆灰色文献收集馆员的胜任力模型。应用该模型应注意目标人群的层级性、构成要素的动态性以及组织建设的必要性等问题。

Abstract:The collection and utilization of gray literature is very important. It is crucial to select and employ employees working on gray literatures collection. Based on the “Iceberg Model of Competency” put forward by McClelland and some related research results gotten by other researchers, the competency model of workers collecting gray literatures in library is set up from three fields including professional skill and knowledge reservation, professional attainment and individual potential. When applying the model, three aspects should be paid attention to, including the level of target population, the dynamics of component elements and the necessity of organizational building.
