| 摘 要： | 摘 要]《全国公共图书馆评估标准》是我国的公共图书馆评估的纲领和依据,对整个评估的效果和作用有着直接和巨大的影响,但是我国的《标准》整体设计理念与现代的图书馆评估的理念有一定的差距,本文通过对比分析我国和英国公共图书馆评估在图书馆建设等方面的指标,重点分析了我国的《标准》过于注重图书馆投入的资源而忽视了资源所产生的效益和当地的具体需求的问题,并从英国公共图书馆服务评估标准中汲取了值得我们在制定公共图书馆评估标准时借鉴的经验。

| Abstract: | Abstract: "National Public Library Assessment Standards" is the outline and criteria of public libraries assessment in China, and has direct and significant influence on the effects of assessment,. However, the advanced and modern library evaluation concept did not be absorbed into our design of "standards". Through a comparative study on some specific standards of UK and China, the paper focused on the problem that China's "standard" is unduly library resources input-oriented while neglecting the efficiency of resources and local residents’ needs. China’s "National Public Library Assessment Standards" can learn many experiences and advanced public library assessment ideas from British public library services standards. |
