| 摘 要： | 对专利组合理论进行介绍,构建基于技术生命周期的专利组合判别模型,并以抗HBV制药企业为实证研究对象,利用Logistic模型生成S曲线进行技术生命周期判断。在此基础上,绘制技术生命周期与专利指标相结合的组合判断图,从而辅助组织监测竞争对手的相对专利地位和认识技术领域的发展优势。

| Abstract: | Based on the introduction on the patent portfolio analysis, the paper establishes a model of patent portfolio analysis based on technology life cycle. It carries out an empirical study on HBV pharmaceutical enterprise, uses the logistic model to generate S curves,and draws a constitutional diagram that combined the patent portfolio and the technology life cycle theory together. It can help the organizations to monitor competitors’ relative patent position and find out the relative advantages in the technology fields. |
