| 摘 要： | 我国图书馆的知识管理仍处于起步阶段，知识管理的战略性、系统性和可操作性仍是其面临的重大挑战。Technology roadmap（技术路线图）是一种有效的知识管理工具，可以将其引入图书馆知识管理中，结合我国图书馆知识管理的具体环境及研究现状，分析技术路线图对图书馆知识管理的促进作用，探讨形成一种标准化的可操作性强的知识管理路线图结构及其制定模式，从而整合图书馆关键业务流程，提高图书馆知识管理的可操作性，进一步推动图书馆知识管理实践。

| Abstract: | The library knowledge management is still in its infancy in domestic and it’s strategic, systematic and operational is the big challenge which facing. Technology roadmap is an effective knowledge management tool, it can be used in library knowledge management. This paper analyzed the technology roadmap’s effect on library knowledge management, discussed how to form a knowledge management roadmap structure and establish mode with standardization and maneuverability combined with the specific condition and research status quo in domestic of library knowledge management. By doing these to integrate the library’s key operation flow, improve the maneuverability of library knowledge management and drive the practice of library knowledge management further. |
