新时代中国图书馆学学科建设的发展方向

摘    要:目的/意义] 当今世界处于百年未有之大变局,中国处于近代以来重要的发展时期。在新形势下,“在正本清源上展现新担当,在守正创新上实现新作为”成为中国社会科学建设发展的新使命。在新时代的潮流下,中国图书馆学学科建设发展需要坚守初心、清醒立场、明确方向。方法/过程] 从价值观判断的角度,厘清辨析图书馆学专业考生、图书馆学专业教师、图书馆界从业者三种不同立场的需求、看法、希望,回顾中国图书馆学学科的建设初心、发展历程、根本任务,探讨新时代图书馆学学科建设的发展方向。结果/结论] 图书馆事业建设的根本任务是满足国家文化发展需求。图书馆学学科的发展既不能以欧美模式为参照,也不能以满足考生、教师、业界意愿为目标,而是以面向国家文化发展需求建设为重任,扎根中国大地,坚定四个自信,走中国道路,为国家培养图书馆事业的专业人才和未来建设者。教师是学科建设的践行者,是学生树立正确价值判断的引领者,必须坚持立德树人。学生、教师、业界应当携手同心、守望相助,共同爱护图书馆事业和专业教育,为繁荣中国图书馆事业提供正能量。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] Today's world is in the midst of great changes that have not been seen in a century, and China is in the best period of development since modern times. Under the trend of the new era, the construction and development of Library Science in China needs to keep the original intention, clear position and clear direction. Method/process] From the perspective of value judgment, this paper clarified and differentiated the needs, views and hopes of three different positions of Library Science freshmen, library science teachers and librarianship, reviewed the original intention, development process and fundamental tasks of library science discipline construction in China, and probed into the development direction of Library Science Subject Construction of China in the new era. Result/conclusion] The fundamental task of librarianship is to meet the needs of national cultural development. The development of library science can not take the European and American model as reference, nor can it aim at meeting the wishes of examinees, teachers and the industry. Instead, it should take contribute to the development of national cultural as the important task, taking root in China, bolstering our Four-sphere Confidence, and staying on the path of Chinese characteristics, and cultivate professional talents and future builders of cultural undertakings for the country. Teachers are the practitioners of subject construction and the leaders of students to establish correct value judgment. They must keep their original intention and place importance on fostering virtue in education. Students, teachers and the librarianship industry should work together to protect the Librarianship and Library Science education, so as to provide positive energy for the prosperity of China's library cause.
