| 摘 要： | 从构建图书馆长期竞争力出发，首先论述了一体化与反一体化的概念和形成路径，然后从SWOT、价值活动和影响因素三个方面对基于一体化与反一体化知识决策的图书馆价值链进行分析，最后在此基础上提出了一个基于一体化与反一体化知识决策的图书馆价值链实施模型。
