| 摘 要： | 以参考咨询联盟生态位为基本研究对象，从其“态”“势”两方面的综合给出参考咨询生态位的属性、维度模型，并根据生态位演变遵循的Logistic规律，阐述基于生态位理论的参考咨询联盟形成机理，最后从7个方面对参考咨询联盟的发展给出生态位发展策略。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the niche of the Reference Union is the basic research target. The paper elaborates the properties and dimensional models of the niche of the Reference Union from both ‘State’ and ‘Situation’, and analyzes the formation mechanism based on the logistic theorem about the ecological niche evolution. Finally, the paper sets out the development tactics of the niche of the Reference Union from seven areas. |
