| 摘 要： | 在深入分析天津市高校图书馆电子信息资源建设和服务现状的基础上，从完善信息资源建设、提升区域性资源整合层次、建设重点学科专题门户网站、发展建立区域性虚拟咨询服务网络、推广馆际互借与文献传递服务、开展基于导航的个性化信息服务等途径探讨了建立服务型信息资源体系的具体实施策略。

| Abstract: | On the basis of thoroughly analyzing the current situation of construction and service of electronic information systems in Tianjin universities, several strategies for building up service oriented information system are discussed in this article. Those strategies include how to improve the information resources construction, how to enhance the integration of regional information resources, how to set up the specialized website for key disciplines, how to develop and establish regional virtual advisory service network, how to enhance exchanging resources and transmitting literatures between libraries and how to implement personalized services which are based on navigation. |
