| 摘 要： | 针对数字图书馆边界是否存在及其边界的波动、均衡、扩张、优化问题，从信息资源建设规模控制角度对其进行分析探讨，强调信息资源建设规模限定是导致数字图书馆边界存在的根本原因，认为数字图书馆边界的波动源自其自身生存与发展的内在要求，因为在信息资源建设过程中存在着多方博弈和有限竞争现象、以及资源专用性和官僚性扭曲陷阱，这些因素影响着数字图书馆外部边界的扩大或缩小。基于信息资源建设效率考虑的数字图书馆外部边界变动，可以扩大或抑制信息资源建设规模，缓解信息资源建设过程中浪费与不足矛盾，实现信息资源合理配置，并在节约信息资源利用总成本的前提下提高信息资源利用效率。

| Abstract: | Some questions have been discussed concerning the changes, equipoise, expands and optimization of the boundary of digital library based on the restriction of construction scale of information resources. It is stressed that the restriction of construction scale of information resources is a key factor resulting in the existence of boundary of a digital library, and that the changes in the boundary arise from the internal needs of the digital library for existence and development. Meanwhile, other factors, such as gambling with various participants, incomplete competition, the customization of resources, and bureaucratic distortion, also influence the external boundaries of digital libraries to enlarge or to shrink. Based on consideration of efficiency of information resource construction, digital libraries would be able to enlarge or confine the construction scale of information resources, to achieve the reasonable distribution of information resources and to enhance the utility efficiency of information resources. |
