| 摘 要： | 提出一种改进后的平衡计分卡理论（Balanced Score Card，简称BCS），并将其应用在高校数字资源综合评价体系模型的构建上，建立一个4维的三级指标体系。应用层次分析法（Analytic Hierarchy Process，简称AHP）确定各级指标的权重，从而全面反映评价目标整体的指标群。

Design for the Indicator and Weight of College Digital Resources Synthatical Evaluation Based on Hierarchical Balanced Score Card Model |

| Abstract: | This paper firstly present a new update theory with Balanced Score Card, and design synthatical evaluatuion model of college digital resources with it, then, We formed a three class evaluation indicator system, it has four dimensionalities. In this system, the first class indicator is divided more second and third class indicators. Finally, We calculate the weight of all class evaluation indicators with Analytic Hierarchy Process. Establishes the evaluation indicator system of the college digital resources. |
