| 摘 要： | 论述区域性高校数字图书馆的概念和建设区域性高校数字图书馆的必要性,从建设总目标、定位、网络及硬件建设、软件建设、数字化资源建设等方面着重探讨区域性高校数字图书馆的建设方案,认为区域性高校数字图书馆应建成“技术领先、功能完备、资源丰富、特色明显、高度共享、持续发展”的区域数字资源服务体系。

| Abstract: | The construction of the regional digital academic libraries and the sharing of regional digital information resources will advance the investing yield of information resource and accelerate the development of regional higher education. The article studies the construction schemes of the regional digital academic libraries from the general aims, orientations, construction of the network, the softand hardware, and the construction of digital information resources. In this paper it is considered that the local digital academic libraries ought to be developed into the local digital information resources center, which must be advanced in technology, perfect in function, rich in resources, sharply featured, and have the function of resource sharing and sustainable development. |
