| 摘 要： | According to the problem of no unified standard existed in the transformation from thesaurus to ontology, this paper introduces the knowledge organization system SKOS recommended by W3C as a standard in the transformation. Then the paper introduces the common labels of SKOS Core Vocabulary, transforms and expresses the paragraphs chosen from EI by using SKOS Core Thesaurus. The authors also discuss the combined application of SKOS with other knowledge organization systems and point out that SKOS should work out more practical standards for semantic Web.
