| Abstract: | In this paper, the first, China's information service industry development is discussed, it is put that people - centered viewpoint should be used in digital library system design, the content of digital li-brary construction and information services innovation , and it is important to establish mechanism innovation of China's information service industry; Finally, the way of thinking on network services of China's informa-tion service organization at the grass - roots is given. |
