| 摘 要： | 介绍徐州师范大学图书馆建设“四位一体”的文献资源需求保障体系、面向教学的文献资源布局体系、快捷准确的文献资源检索体系、以人为本的文献资源数字化服务体系及先进的技术设备与安全的网络环境保障体系的成功实践，从而阐明网络环境下高校图书馆如何构筑完整的文献资源保障体系。
