| 摘 要： | 虽然电子信息市场是日益免“中介”化的,但信息用户与信息提供者之间可进行直接的信息交换与“信息中介”的存在并无矛盾。信息不平衡与用户质量不确定使得市场效率不足,这将刺激中介继续存在与兴盛。

| Abstract: | Direct information exchange between users and suppliers of information is not contradictory to the existence of "information intermediary", although the present electronic information market tends to be in-creasingly unmediated. Information asymmetry and quality uncertainty decrease the market efficiency, which stimulates the existence and prosperity of "information intermediary". Under the circumstances of Internet, in-formation intermediary should build up and maintain users' trust, realize quality and price control, and con-tinue to work for the enhancement of user efficiency. |
