| 摘 要： | 论述知识生态系统的平衡问题关系到企业知识生态系统整体功能的发挥。借鉴生态学中的相关知识，从理论上分析企业知识生态系统的平衡，从结构、功能与动态三个方面分析企业知识生态系统平衡的内容，提出维持企业知识生态系统平衡的三点举措：冗余调节、反馈调节与竞合调节。

| Abstract: | The balance of knowledge ecosystem has relation with exertion of the whole function of enterprise knowledge ecosystem. This paper references the relevant knowledge of Ecology, analyses the balance of enterprise knowledge ecosystem and its content from the structure, function and dynamic analysis, and puts forward three measures to maintain a balanced enterprise knowledge ecosystem: redundant regulation, feedback regulation and competing regulation. |
