| 摘 要： | 以“人际网络”为理论基础，结合SNS网络发展状况和中小企业CI工作特点，提出中小企业基于SNS展开人际竞争情报工作的构想；调查总结SNS网络和中小企业的实际状况与构想不相适应的地方，在此基础上提出“建设行业SNS和构建后台系统”的解决方案。详细阐述后台系统的功能结构和具体的使用方案，按照企业规模和CI工作基础分类，将系统分别作为企业CI服务外包系统、竞争情报系统辅助系统和企业竞争情报系统。

| Abstract: | An idea of implementing the job of human CI based on SNS is put forward with the consideration both of the development of SNS and the characteristics of CI in small-and-medium-sized enterprises. The theory of human network is regarded as the theory basis. A survey is conducted which comes to the conclusion that somewhere is non-associative with the idea. Based on the conclusion, a conception of industry SNS combined with a human competitive system is put forward. The functional structure of the system is articulated. To optimize the resources, 3 kinds of application plans are provided which are classified according to an enterprise’s size and its CI conditions. The applications respectively act as the enterprise’s CI outsourcing system，supporting system for CIS and CIS. |
