| 摘 要： | 沙盘演练法是竞争情报动态模拟的方法之一。在介绍沙盘演练法概念和应用领域之后，从适应环境和支持战略决策两个角度分析沙盘演练法应用于竞争情报模拟的可行性。随后对竞争情报沙盘演练的三个应用层次和实施流程进行分析。

| Abstract: | Sand table simulation is one of the dynamic analysis methods of competitive intelligence. The paper introduces the definition of sand table simulation and its application fields, analyzes the feasibility of competitive intelligence sand table simulation based on adaptation to environment and supporting strategic decision, and explores three application hierarchies and several implementation processes of competitive intelligence sand table simulation. |
