| 摘 要： | 文献信息资源共享曾经是一个难题，但这种局面已经显著改变。网络化条件基本成熟之后，高校图书馆、科学院图书馆、公共图书馆先后启动了信息资源共享计划，建立了各自的图书馆联盟。这些联盟开展了一系列促进文献资源共享的建设活动，并根据用户的反应及时建立了激励机制，采取了补贴政策，成员馆数量不断增加，文献传递量急剧增长，图书馆和用户都从中受益。与此同时，不同系统之间的文献信息资源共享活动并没有很好地开展,即使同一地区同一城市也是如此。本文利用博弈论方法和成本分析法，分析信息资源共享如何从“囚徒困境”走向良性合作博弈和变化发生的原因，以及不同系统之间不能实现全面共享的困难所在。通过对不同类型图书馆（大馆和小馆、不同系统图书馆）之间、图书馆与用户之间的博弈分析，试图寻找一个实现全面文献信息资源共享的途径。

| Abstract: | By means of game theory and cost analysis, this paper analyzes the change of information resources sharing and its reason. The paper also presents the difficulties in the cooperation of libraries in different systems. It is crucial for the overall realization of information resources sharing to overcome the sharing cost by government investment and establish an incentive mechanism. |
