| 摘 要： | 本文分析了网络信息资源利用效率研究的必要性，就网络信息资源利用效率研究的指导思想、具体内涵展开研究，并提出了网络信息资源利用效率研究的基础模型，以期为今后的网络信息资源建设实践及其利用效率研究建立一个基本框架。
