| 摘 要： | 介绍知识管理领域的几位代表性人物及其著作；重点介绍卡尔·爱立克·斯威比的经典著作《知识型企业的管理》一书；并针对该书的主要论点，就斯威比的知识管理过程论与其他研究者的资源论进行对比研究，提出现代知识管理是资源论与过程论的统一的观点。
