| Abstract: | This paper discusses the roles of humanistic administration in university libraries and its necessity. The author points out that in order to implement the humanistic administration effectively, university libraries should improve the system of incentives, focus on the training of talents, create a harmonious working environment and improve the librarians' emotion quotient. |
