| 摘 要： | 通过实地考察，介绍新西兰奥克兰大学图书馆在学科服务管理与实践方面的主要特色与最新进展，重点阐述其在组织管理机制、学科馆员的考核与培训方面的特色。通过典型案例分析，论述学科服务在三个方面的主要特色与最新进展。其一是在教学支持方面，包括学科信息素养教育、相关支撑工具等；其二是在研究支持方面，重点介绍博士生技能训练项目以及新引进开发的研究支持系统；其三通过案例展示，介绍奥克兰大学图书馆在学科资源建设方面的做法和主要特色。

| Abstract: | Through the visit and interview, the characteristics and progress of subject service in The University of Auckland Library are introduced in this paper. The mechanism of staff organization and management, and subject librarian performance evaluation and training are mainly illustrated. Then three aspects about the characteristics and progress of subject service in The University of Auckland Library are demonstrated in detail. The first is about teaching support service, something like subject information literacy and some useful tools. The second is focused on academic research support service, including the Doctoral Skills Programme and new developed system based on Symplectic Elements to support academic research outputs. The typical case analysis about subject collection construction is also offered in the end. |
