| 摘 要： | 政府信息资源共享是一个涉及权力、权利、权威、声望等诸多政治利益流动和再分配的过程。基于理性选择制度主义视角，对政府信息资源共享可能涉及到的政治利益进行分析，指出政治利益对政府信息资源共享的推动和阻碍因素，为实现政府信息资源共享的制度设计提供理论性参考。

| Abstract: | Government information sharing is a process of movement and redistribution of political interests,involving power,rights,authority,prestige,etc.From the perspective of rational choice institutionalism,the authors analyse political interests may involved in government information sharing,point out the factors which may promote or prevent the sharing of government information resources,and provide theoretical reference for the institutional design of government information resources sharing. |
