| 摘 要： | 为丰富信息化应用的评价研究，基于对个人与家庭信息化及其应用概念的理解，结合国内外较为成熟的信息化应用评价研究成果，根据评价指标体系的制定原则，运用统计分析、对比分析和因素分析等方法，从公众角度构建一个可以进行国际间比较的个人与家庭信息化应用评价指标体系，以评价国家间、区域间或城市间的个人与家庭信息化应用水平，从而推进中国的个人与家庭信息化的健康发展。

| Abstract: | In order to enrich a study of informatization evaluation,on the basis of our understanding of personal and family informatization,combining with the relatively mature research achievements at home and abroad,this paper constructs a new evaluation index system for personal and family informatization from the public standpoint,according to the constructing principles,by means of statistics analysis,contrast analysis and factor analysis,with the aim of evaluating the personal and family informatization level among countries,regions and cities,thereby to advance the health development of personal and family informatization in China. |
