| 摘 要： | 简述在信息化时代背景下政府信息资源利用与政府门户网站的关系，分析政府门户网站对政府信息资源利用的影响，以湖南省政府门户网站为例进行相关问卷调查，结合数据统计结果分析我国政府信息资源利用目前所存在的信息利用环境缺乏、信息质量参差不齐、信息获取渠道不畅等问题，并提出几点解决对策及建议。

| Abstract: | The author briefly describes the relationship between the use of government information resources and government portal under the information age,and analyzes the influence on using government information resources by government.The author takes the portal of Hunan government for example to do some relevant questionnaires,and gets the current problems on the use of government information resources within the statistical result: lack of the environment on the use of government information,irregularity of government information,and blocks of government information access.Finally the author comes up with some corresponding countermeasures and advices as well. |
