| Abstract: | Managing electronic resources is one of the most challenging issues for libraries today. The author analyses several problems in planning and implementing an electronic resource management system(ERMS) from the aspects of selection of an ERMS, staffing, electronic resource management workflow, electronic resource record, interoperability, license, knowledge base and usage statistics. The author hopes this can supply a reference for ERMS application and popularization in Chinese libraries. |
