| 摘 要： | 从信息和知识的嵌入特性、信息企业和知识型企业的能力属性、信息企业和知识型企业的活动特性入手，剖析信息企业与知识型企业的耦合关系，分析耦合媒介和耦合点，在此基础上构建信息企业和知识型企业耦合评价模型，对信息企业和知识型企业的耦合关系做出客观的评价，以期为促进信息企业与知识型企业耦合打下坚实的理论和实践基础。

| Abstract: | Analyze the coupling relationships between information enterprises and knowledge enterprises from the points of embed attributes of knowledge and information,ability attributes of information enterprises and knowledge enterprises,activity features of information enterprises and knowledge enterprises;Analyze coupling points and coupling media,on the basis of which,establish coupling relationships evaluation model between information enterprises and knowledge enterprises;Carry out objective evaluation on coupling relationships between information enterprises and knowledge enterprises,with a view to lay solid theoretical and practical basis for promoting coupling between information enterprises and knowledge enterprises. |
