| 摘 要： | 基于TAM及TTF模型构建一个学术信息搜索系统使用及绩效评价模型,并采用问卷调查和结构方程建模,以中国知网(CNKI)跨库检索系统、谷歌学术为研究对象进行实证研究,以探寻用户数字学术资源搜索行为及其对绩效的影响。研究发现,任务-技术适配与绩效期望之间存在显著的相关关系,使用与绩效之间没有显著的相关性。此外,任务-技术适配对用户感知易用性及感知有用性均存在着正向影响,而感知易用性及感知有用性直接影响着用户对于数字学术资源搜索系统的使用。

| Abstract: | Based on the TAM and TTF model,this paper builds an usage and performance evaluation model of academic information retrieval system.Taking CNKI cross-database searching system and Google Scholar as the research object, this paper also makes an empirical study on exploring the user search behavior of digital academic resources and its impact on individual performance by adopting questionnaires and structural equation modeling. Through the study, it is found that task-technology fit has a significant correlation with performance expectations,but usage is not significant with performace. Moreover, the task-technology fit has a positive effect on users' perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, while perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness directly impact the use of digital academic information retrieval system. |
