| 摘 要： | 发达地区农村外来劳动力是新兴的弱势群体，应对其给予关注与研究。基于马斯洛需求层次理论，采用卡诺模型的问卷调研方法，调查农村外来劳动力对不同信息内容的需求程度，分析其信息需求程度低和信息需求存在差异的成因。指出应以基层农村政府部门为主，用工单位为辅，共同开展面向外来劳动力的信息服务；应基于农村外来劳动力的信息需求有针对性地提供信息服务；应制定适当的信息服务策略。

| Abstract: | As a new emerging vulnerable group, migrant workers in developed rural area must be concerned. Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs and KANO model, the authors investigate the information need level of migrant workers in developed rural area, analyze the causes of the the low level and differences of their information needs and propose that the rural government and employment units must provide information service for migrant workers in developed rural area, based on their information behavior characteristics and appropriate strategies. |
