摘    要:着眼于知识共享全过程,从个体、团队和组织多个层面入手,基于PLS的结构方程模型构建包括知识提供者贡献知识行为影响因素和知识接受者利用知识行为影响因素的虚拟团队知识共享影响因素模型,并进行实证研究,以期为虚拟团队知识共享的管理提供指导和借鉴。

Abstract:Knowledge sharing is becoming a research focus in the field of virtual teams and knowledge management. This study starts from the whole process of knowledge sharing, and works at various levels including individuals, teams and organizations. This study establishes a PLS-based structural equation model including affecting factors that knowledge providers contribute knowledge and knowledge recipients use knowledge, and conducts empirical research. This study extends the research areas of knowledge sharing in virtual teams, and provides guidance and reference to management of knowledge sharing in virtual teams.
