| Abstract: | Start from analysis of the research status of knowledge service capabilities, this paper analyzes the theory of knowledge service capabilities from the perspective of resources+process capability. By analyzing the knowledge service capabilities, it studies the knowledge service capabilities influence on digital library from three angles of function, effectiveness and efficiency. Finally, it puts forward the strategy of how to build knowledge service capabilities in digital library. |
