| Abstract: | Taking the library and information science fields as an example,the doctoral supervisor’s age,gender and regional distribution,and their learning experiences are analyzed to reveal the power of the status of teachers in the field,so as to provide the reference for future personnel training(including PhD supervisor training)in this area. |
