| 摘 要： | 开放存取资源的形成依赖于相关主体理性缔约成知识供应链并实现开放存取资源价值总额的合理分配，而理性缔约的本质是开放存取知识供应链各链节相关主体为最大化自己的利益角逐相关权利的缔约。嵌套在特定社会背景中的开放存取需要从微观个体、管理体制、立法与司法三个层面，通过建立相关主体的权责关系，实现开放存取资源价值并合理分配价值来推动其自身的深入发展。

| Abstract: | The formation of open access resource depends on concerning subjects’ rational contracting the knowledge-supply-chain and realizing reasonable distribution of open access resource’s total value,and the essence of rational contract in open access is the game of right for maximizing individual interest.This tells that open access nested within specific social background should adjust interrelated subjects’ authority-responsibility relationships and realize open access’s value and it’s reasonable distribution for deeply development from micro individual,management system,legislative and judicial. |
