| 摘 要： | 从社群主义和社会分层理论视角界定社群和数字不平等的内涵及其外延，并构建社群数字不平等的理论模型，含数字精英、数字富裕、数字中产、数字贫困及数字赤贫等5个阶层，并描述每个阶层的特征。结合中国情境下的相关数据，初步论证描述社群数字不平等的社会分层现象存在于中国社会的事实。

| Abstract: | Starting from theoretical perspectives of communitarianism and social stratification,this paper redefines the concepts and scopes of "community" and "digital inequality",builds a social stratification model to describe the digital inequality in communities,which consists of the digital elite,the digital rich,the digital middle class,the digital poor and the digital-nothing,and proves the existence of digital inequality phenomena in context of China. |
