手机图书馆短信服务效果统计分析

摘    要:为调查分析手机图书馆短信相关服务的实际应用效果,选取启用手机图书馆“短信服务平台”的短信通知服务和短信续借服务的215位有效读者的借阅信息作为研究样本,借助单纯判断和SPSS统计分析的方法,详细分析研究样本在启用手机短信服务前后的图书借阅总数、逾期次数、逾期罚款总金额、每次罚款金额和逾期比率等统计比较指标,并给出研究结论:手机短信服务在一定程度上降低了图书的逾期概率,减少了逾期罚款额度,提升了图书馆服务品质,提高了读者的借阅需求。

Abstract:In order to investigate and study the practical application of the related services of mobile libraries,the author selects 215 readers who enable message notification and renewals services of mobile library’s "SMS platform" as research samples,compares their statistical indicators,such as the total number of borrowed books,overdue times,the total amounts of overdue fines,each overdue fine,ratio of overdue books,before and after the SMS service with a single judgment and SPSS statistical analysis,and finally presents conclusions.The research results show that SMS reduces the probability of book overdue and overdue fine line,promotes the service quality and improves readers’ borrowing needs.
