摘    要:通过信任风险、信任相关方关系和信任形成三维视角的分析,发现电子商务信任的核心问题是交易信任,重点是赢得消费者信任;而网站在电子商务信任关系中处于核心位置,初始信任和网站制度控制在促进电子商务信任形成中的作用至关重要。针对这些特性,给出业界提升消费者信任的应对策略。

Abstract:With the development of e-commerce,the issue of lack trust in e-commerce becomes a hot topic in related researches.Analysis of the unique characteristics of e-commerce trust can provide strong theoretical support to solve the problem of lack online trust.The purpose of the paper is to illuminate the nature of trust in e-commerce in three perspectives: risk,relationships of trust in parties,formation mechanism.The analysis show that the core issue of trust in e-commerce is transaction trust,gaining consumer confidence is the focus of research;E-commerce websites act as the center of the trust relationships,initial trust and e-commerce websites management and control function play a crucial role in the foundation of e-commerce trust.Finally,based on the nature of trust in e-commerce,this paper gives some coping strategies to resolve the lack of trust in e-commerce.
