| 摘 要： | 指出目前女性图书馆员是我国图书馆的主要从业者，对女性图书馆员的研究已经引起业界重视。从个体特征、职业相关问题、外部环境和实例等几个方面对我国女性图书馆员的研究现状进行综述，并对女性图书馆员研究中存在的问题和今后的研究方向提出一些看法。

| Abstract: | As the female librarians have become the main employees in libraries in China,the studies about the female librarians also increases.By analyzing the following aspects: personal features,problems related with profession,the exterior circumstances and some case studies,the authors find out some problems about the female librarians researches,and give out some points about the future research area. |
