| Abstract: | This article presents discussions and assessments on the macroscopic development and trend, the operational system and publication modes of scientific journals in Japan, and carries out broad investigations mainly into the conditions of juristic and economic policies related to publications of the scientific journals. Meanwhile, based on the investigations, this work summarizes the successful experiences of the operation of scientific journals in Japan, so as to provide references for the development of scientific journals of other countries, especially those of non- English official language countries. |
