| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 公共图书馆总分馆空间分布和地理覆盖对实现公共图书馆全覆盖和均等化具有重要意义。方法/过程] 在对公共图书馆总分馆空间分布和地理覆盖的"全覆盖"和"均等化"阐释的基础上,运用GIS工具,以苏州为例计算并分析苏州公共图书馆总分馆的空间分布和地理覆盖状况,以此规划今后总分馆的布局。结果/结论] 测算公共图书馆总分馆动态服务荷载和服务半径,可以有效揭示公共图书馆总分馆布局的盲区,确定优先建设和发展区域,进一步缩小区域间的服务差异,设定城市覆盖率标准,但还需要因地制宜结合服务对象数量和需求特征,实现科学布局和精准服务,提高公共图书馆总分馆体系的总体效能。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The spatial distribution and geographic coverage of the main-branch public libraries is of great significance for realizing the full coverage and equalization of public libraries.Method/process] Based on the interpretation of "full coverage" and "equalization" of the spatial distribution and geographic coverage of main branch public libraries, GIS as a tool was used to calculate and analyze the spatial distribution and geographic coverage of main-branch public libraries of Suzhou to help planning the layout of the future main-branch system.Result/conclusion] By measuring the dynamic service load and service radius of the main-branch public libraries can effectively reveal the blind spots of the layout of main-branch public libraries, determine the priority construction and development areas, further narrow the differences between the regions, and set the urban coverage standards. It is also necessary to combine the quantitative characteristics and demand characteristics of service objects according to local conditions to achieve scientific layout and precise services, and improve the overall efficiency of the main-branch public library system. |
