| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 科研数据的主要特点是增值性，并需要对科研数据进行有效管理以便复用。探索有效管理科研数据的方法，特别是对普通高校的科研数据管理具有重要意义。方法/过程]利用扎根理论方法，以高校科研人员作为对象，通过访谈，分析数据并进行编码，最后形成高校科研数据管理架构。结果/结论]高校科研数据需要管理，应以科研数据为中心，做好科研数据的创建、组织、利用等工作，同时兼顾政策环境等因素的影响。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The value of scientific data can be continuously added when it is used, and scientific data needs effective management in order to reuse. It is of great significance to explore the methods of effective management of scientific data, especially the scientific data management of ordinary colleges.Method/process] Using the grounded theory method, it selects the scientific research personnel to conduct interviews, analyzes the data, codes the data, and finally forms the scientific data management framework.Result/conclusion] The scientific data in colleges needs to be managed. We should take the scientific data as the center, do a good job in the establishment, organization and utilization of scientific data, and take into account the influence of the policy environment and other factors. |
