| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]探索孕妇在妊娠期间信息规避行为的影响因素，构建影响因素概念模型，为开展孕妇信息服务提供理论支撑。方法/过程]采用半结构访谈法和关键事件法，以25名孕妇为对象（其中5名用于理论饱和度检验），分析孕妇信息规避行为的影响因素，参照威尔逊信息行为模型构建孕妇信息规避行为影响因素模型。结果/结论]个人因素、环境因素及信息因素对孕妇信息规避行为皆有一定的影响，在用户一般信息行为模型中应凸显信息规避的地位。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] This study aims to explore the influence factors of information avoidance behavior in pregnant women to construct a conceptual model of influence factors, and provide theoretical support for pregnant women. Method/process] 25 pregnant women were selected as the research samples, 5 of which were tested for the theoretical saturation. Semi-structured interviews and the critical incident method were used to collect data.The information avoidance behavior in pregnant women and its influence factors were coded, and a modelabout influence factorsfor information avoidance behavior in pregnant women was constructed according to the Wilson's information behavior model. Result/conclusion] Personal factors, environmental factors and information factors have certain influence on pregnant women's information avoidance behavior. Users' general information behavior model should highlight the status of information avoidance. |
