| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]借助于数据驱动决策的相关理论和方法进行文史学科精准化服务探索。方法/过程]参考数据驱动决策相关理论和文史学科精准化服务的需求，搭建数据驱动的服务实施框架，系统收集图书借阅数据、门禁数据、研究成果数据、问卷调查数据、用户咨询数据、意见反馈数据等，通过数据分析结果指导学科服务实践。结果/结论]经过数据分析获得学科忠诚用户和关键用户，了解文史学科用户的文献利用行为特点和需求，找到学科服务开创期要解决的关键问题及用户对教学、科研、管理支持的方面需要，并以此为依据提出精准化学科服务策略。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] With the help of relevant theories and methods of data-driven decision making, this paper explores the precision subject service of literature and history.Method/process] According to data-driven decision making related theory and the demand for precision subject services of literature and history, a data-driven service implementation framework is built. This paper systematically collects library lending data, entrance data, research results data, questionnaire survey data, user consultation data, and feedback data and so on. Through data analysis, it guides the practice of the subject service.Result/conclusion] Through data analysis, we get the loyal users and key users, understand the characteristics and requirements of the use of literature and history users, and find the key problems to be solved at the beginning of the subject service and the needs of the users on the teaching and scientific research, and on the basis of this, precision subject service strategy is introduced. |
