| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]构建图书馆危机管理能力评价指标体系,为评估图书馆危机管理能力提供参考。方法/过程]在理论分析基础上提出初始图书馆危机管理能力评价指标体系,利用德尔菲法修正相关指标,并确定最终图书馆危机管理能力评价指标体系。结果/结论]图书馆危机管理能力评价指标体系由3个一级指标、9个二级指标和29个三级指标组成。利用29个三级评价指标及其合成权重,可构建图书馆危机管理能力的函数表达式,并计算其大小。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] This paper constructs the evaluation index system of library crisis management abilities in order to provide reference for the evaluation of library crisis management abilities. Method/process] On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the initial evaluation index system of library crisis management abilities, uses the Delphi method to amend the relevant indicators, and determines the final evaluation index system of library crisis management abilities.Result/conclusion] The evaluation index system of library crisis management abilities consists of 3 first level indicators, 9 second level indicators and 29 third level indicators. The function expression of library crisis management abilities can be constructed by use of the 29 third level indicators and synthetic weights, and its number can be calculated. |
