摘    要:目的/意义] 分阶段探讨读者荐购的发展历程和发展过程中存在的问题,在此基础上探索读者荐购未来的发展趋势,为我国读者荐购服务的实践和研究提供参考。方法/过程] 对近年来国内外有关读者荐购的研究文献进行梳理,采用文献调查法和文献计量法对这些文献进行分析,分阶段研究其发展进程,阐述每阶段研究的热点及特征。结果/结论] 读者荐购研究已经从理论探索阶段向创新研究阶段过渡,但存在研究不平衡问题,建议未来研究方向从新技术、新方式、新平台、新模式入手,同时也应充分关注"互联网+环境下"读者需求的变化。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] This paper discusses the development history and related problems of reader recommendation by stages, and explores the future development trend of reader recommendation. It can provide reference for practice and research of Chinese reader recommendation service. Method/process] This paper sorted out the research literatures about reader recommendation at home and abroad in recent years, analyzed the literatures by the methods of literature review and bibliometrics, studied the development process at different stages, and expounded the hot topics and characteristics of each stage. Result/conclusion] The research of reader recommendation has already changed from the stage of theoretical research to the stage of innovation research, but there exists the problem of research imbalance. Therefore, we suggest that the future research direction should start with new technologies, new ways, new platforms and new models. At the same time, we should pay more attention to the change of readers' needs in the Internet environment.
